This coalition brings together leading business organizations committed to addressing economic disparities and developing collaborative, sustainable solutions that empower minority-owned enterprises to thrive.

WMBC is guided by principles of inclusion, respect, transparency, and equity. Each partner organization is committed to confidentiality, compliance with state and federal laws, and the promotion of discrimination-free environments in all coalition activities.
The coalition also maintains clear conflict resolution processes to ensure that any disagreements are approached through open dialogue, mutual understanding, and, when needed, neutral mediation.
