Our Mission

WMBC works collectively to identify barriers, craft equitable policies, and create resources that expand access to opportunities for diverse business owners. As organizations led by and serving minority communities, we believe that collaboration and shared leadership are key to creating meaningful, lasting change.

Our Core Values

WMBC is guided by principles of inclusion, respect, transparency, and equity. Each partner organization is committed to confidentiality, compliance with state and federal laws, and the promotion of discrimination-free environments in all coalition activities.

The coalition also maintains clear conflict resolution processes to ensure that any disagreements are approached through open dialogue, mutual understanding, and, when needed, neutral mediation.
